We track the weather in real time. As soon as temperatures are predicted to drop to below 0°, we’ll dispatch our Squad to check your property.

After each visit, you’ll get an update confirming if your property was treated or just checked. Either way, you’ll always know what happened and when.

During each visit, our trained professionals will assess the current conditions to determine whether a de-icer application is necessary. If your property is still adequately protected, they may skip the service and you won’t be charged. Either way, we’ll keep you well informed!
