Step 1Get a quote
Enter your address and draw the area you want cleared, or skip the drawing and we'll map it for you. Then tell us the snow and ice conditions and how fast you need us.
Step 2We send your price
On a snow day, you'll hear back within 1 hour if you submit by 6 pm. After 6 pm, we'll send it first thing at 8 am. With no snow on the ground, expect it within 1 to 2 business days.
Step 3Pay and we dispatch
Your payment link comes by email. Once you've paid, we'll email you when the crew is getting ready, when they're on the way, and when the job is done.
Next time it snows: your property is saved, so rebooking just means updating the conditions and hitting submit.

Book each time you need us. Your price is based on what you tell us: how much snow, whether there's ice, and how fast you want us there.
If you quote before a storm, think of it as a preview. We can't take payment until there's snow on the ground, so your final price is set when you order, and it could be higher or lower depending on what's really out there.
Quoting early still helps. Your property gets mapped and saved, so booking on the day takes a minute.

Ice is the sneaky part. Sign up once and we check your property every time it freezes, and salt it if it needs it. No booking, no remembering.

Frequently asked questions
Do I legally need to clear my sidewalk?
Most Metro Vancouver cities require sidewalks to be cleared of snow and ice within 24 hours of a snowfall. Your confirmation email includes a Proof of Action letter you can show a bylaw officer if needed. Check your city's website for its specific bylaws.
When should I book?
Whenever you're ready. Our tip: wait until the snow stops falling. If we clear while it's still coming down, you may need a second visit once it's done. Booking soon after it stops also helps, because snow that sits, melts and refreezes turns into ice, and ice takes longer (and costs more) to clear.
How is my price calculated?
By the size of the area you want cleared, how fast you want us there, and the snow and ice on your property. During major storms, prices can go up with demand. Premium members are never charged surge pricing.
