No. We take 1 to 2 business days to map your site and build a quote that covers every snow and ice scenario, so submit well before the snow falls.
How is my price calculated?
By your property's location, the size of the area you want serviced, and the snow and ice on the ground when you book. All of it is laid out in your seasonal quote.
Is this a contract?
No season-long contract. Your seasonal quote is your price for the season, and you only pay when you book.
Do I need Premium?
Not for snow removal. Premium gives you priority dispatch during snow events and access to On-Demand De-Icing.
Can I set up invoicing?
Yes, with approval. Email contact@shovelsquad.ca to request it.
Can you service my property without me ordering each time?
