I won’t be home this winter, how will I know you came?

You’ll receive an email notification when our team arrives at your property and again once the visit is complete.

During each visit, our trained professionals will assess the current conditions to determine whether a de-icer application is necessary. If your property is still adequately protected, they may skip the service and you won’t be charged. Either way, we’ll keep you well informed!

How will I know if a route gets established in my neighbourhood?

Make sure you submit your property to us. As soon as a route gets started in your neighbourhood we’ll send you an email! If you want to speed up the process make sure you share the info and get your neighbours to submit their properties too.

Can I leave the route once I’ve joined?

We won’t hold you hostage to a route, but if you cancel your automatic salting service you can’t sign back up until the following year.

How much is this service?

Pricing varies based on your locations altitude and the average size of properties in your neighbourhood. Once a route has been established in your area we’ll send you the exact cost per service.
